NOTICE: JUDICIAL SALE
The horses and straws offered for sale at this auction are being sold as part of a seizure and under judicial sale procedures. They are therefore sold as is, without a reserve price and without any guarantees.
They are presumed to be the property of the debtors subject to seizure, although it cannot be entirely ruled out that a third party may make a claim, which could lead to the withdrawal of certain lots from the sale.
Several straws samples taken at random from the seized tanks have passed the mobility test commonly used in the industry, suggesting that the cold chain has been properly maintained since production for all the lots on offer.
They are sold without restrictions on use but do not, at this stage, have the health certificates required for use outside France.
It will be the buyers’ responsibility to take the necessary steps to obtain the administrative documents required to register future foals produced using these straws.
These straws will be available from the 15th day following the sale and upon payment of the auction invoice, plus a 11.90% sales fee (excluding VAT) and a flat fee of €50 (excluding VAT) for handling and preparation of the lots.
For those unable to collect them on site, they can be shipped within France at a cost of between €110 and €150 excluding VAT, to be specified in the quotation.
